Hourly Charge for Cleaning Service
Our cleaning service is billed at an hourly rate of :
$30 per hour when the service is provided every or every other week - 3 hours minimum, clients provide all cleaning supplies.
$35.00 per hour when the service is provided every 4 weeks or first time - 3 hours minimum, clients provide all cleaning supplies.
$40.00 per hour for move out or move in cleaning and we provide all cleaning supplies and equipment.
The total cost will depend on the size of the space and the level of cleaning required.
Please note:
Additional charges may apply for specialized services or the use of certain cleaning products.
Travel fees may apply if the service location is outside our standard service area, we work also outside of Chicago.

Bank Transfer – Direct bank transfers can be arranged for larger transactions or on a case-by-case basis.
Cash – Cash payments may be accepted, depending on the service and location. Please confirm beforehand.
Checks – Personal or business checks may be accepted, subject to prior arrangement.
